Our Mission

To provide an open forum between Utility Contractors and Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works, Inspections, Permits, Maintenance and Operations to discuss, review and suggest changes that will benefit not only the County but also the Contractors.

Association Profile

We are a Contractor Association made up of Utility Contractors and Associated Suppliers to the industry who perform work within Anne Arundel County in the State of Maryland.  We were founded by Stanley Ferguson (Ferguson Trenching), Jim Strohecker (Strohecker, Inc.) Robert Baldwin (Reliable Contracting) and Joseph Conley in 1977.
